Before Bringing It In For Service

Back Up Data:

Apple takes data privacy very seriously and therefore as an Authorised Apple Service Provider we will not access or your data when fixing your device.  As such, please ensure you do a back up of your data before bringing it in for service.  We cannot guarantee that during the repair process your data will be retained.  To perform a backup please follow the instructions noted in the links below:
